My dream car has always been a Land Rover Defender 110. It’s raw, tuff as nails and screams for an adventure. I once watched a neighbor build it into a self-sufficient camper and after months literally waved them off, on their way to the Sahara. They had a fears dog that no one wanted to pet. It took some time, but eventually he became a friend 🙂 The Defender gives me the feeling that you can go anywhere, survive everything and take on any outdoor challenge. Today I have that feeling while thinking on what’s to come. I have some new LinkedIn message’s wanting to connect. This year I’ll except them all. Sometimes they are about job interviews. If I have any I hope it’s in a defender, on a surfboard, jumping out a plain, during scuba lessons or something that makes us both feel alive! I’m not saying that it will work, it just won’t be boring.
